We are an online store and only offer Door to Door Pickup and Delivery to our clients living in Kingston. We do not operate a storefront any longer in an effort to minimize expenses and to pass those cost savings onto you.
For persons living outside of the parish, we accept and deliver packages via Knutsford Express.
After discussing the specifics of your order with us, packages can be sent to us via Knutsford Express. Please note that this incurs an additional fee for this service provider.

We will need the courier / tracking number in order to collect your package.
Yes, we do! We use only the finest cleaners, polishes, paints and more in the restoration of your shoes giving them a new lease on life and extending their wearability.
We clean leather and cloth sneakers, dress shoes, boots and more. Please view our gallery of work on our website or social media channels to get a better idea of what we do!
We currently are only offering a limited range of shoe repairs. As we believe general cobblers are available for these tasks, we choose to focus on other areas of restoration.
Please note:
- We do only limited glueing of the soles of sneakers, and do not change them.
- We do not replace the soles of Clark’s shoes
- We do not replace the soles on dress shoes, loafers etc
- We do not change the handles, or zippers of handbags

The average turnaround time is 5-7 business days, but this is not a guaranteed delivery timeline.
There are several factors that can influence and affect the “ready by” date on your order.
